I have used many pool repair & service companies over the last 20 years and I can finally & honestly say, I have found the best of the best. I first called Brian Rejniak on a recommendation from a neighbor. The pool service employee is an A+ and my pool consistently looks better than it ever has. When my salt cell quit a few months ago, Brian was at my poolside in 20 minutes. Then a couple months later, a major part in the salt system control box needed replacing. The replacement part quit also and the mfg. wanted to be paid for the second replacement, but Brian stepped up to the plate for me with the mfg. and the part was a n/c. And just recently, I replaced my filter to a larger and correct type per Brian's recommendation. The price was totally reasonable and included installation. Gave them the OK and it was installed the next day by an employee who was very experienced, polite and a true professional. Was Brian just trying to sell me a filter? Not at all! It now takes half the time to heat the spa and the pool and my gas bill has come down because of that. And the pool is even cleaner looking to boot now that I replaced the cartridge filter with a larger and more efficient D.E. filter. I give my highest recommendation as a very professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and totally honest swimming pool company. They are a firm that cares what you think of them. And my compliments to its owner, Brian, a real gentleman.

I have owned two homes in Orange Country for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have had over 5 different pool companies maintain the pools in both homes. You are the ONLY company that has maintained the pools as they should look. They communicate with me if and when any situation comes up that may require additional work on the pools. If the tenants have dogs and are not cooperating with the pool people they let me know ASAP before the pool get green. They notify me when the filter needs cleaned and what other work is needed, if any. There invoices are readable and up to date. I would recommend them if you need someone that cares about not only the pools but about us clients! Thank you.

We were having a large party involving family and friends for my daughter's birthday on a Saturday, earlier this year in February. I woke up early to prepare the back yard and to turn on the pool heater. The heater refused to cooperate. I tried my pool guy, no answer. I remembered that I had filed a post card that I had received in the mail a month prior from a company called Orange County Pool & Spa, just in case this ever happened. I called and a young man named Brian answered. He said he would drop everything and come right over. I wasn't holding my breath. Within 30 minutes my doorbell rang and within an hour from my phone call, my pool heater was back in operation. I was so impressed that I switched my weekly pool service to Orange County Pool & Spa as well. It's hard to find this level of service anymore. I sure am glad I kept that post card. You saved my day, Brian.

I have utilized the services of Orange County Pool and Spa Service since year 2000, almost 8 years. I can honestly say I have never had a snag with with OC Pool. All the employees have been extremely courteous and professional!!! When I call, someone answers the phone and the two times I have needed to leave a message I get a quick reply! When my equipment breaks down they have always come out within 24 hours to fix it. You don't get great service like this anywhere else!! 5-stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We are very happy with this pool cleaning company. We have hired them for the past 2 years and have never had any problems. Our pool cleaner is always cheerful. And the pool is always clean. The owner was kind enough to make a personal visit to our house. He gave us very personalized service. We are always impressed with their service.
